SETTLEMENT OF UNAUTHORISED BUILDINGS
Take advantage of Law No. 4495/17 GG 167/Α concerning unauthorised building declaration. A prerequisite for the inclusion in the present law is the realisation of the unauthorised building before 28 July 2011.

ENERGY INSPECTIONS
We undertake the issuance of an Energy Performance Certificate in the capacity of an energy inspector.
Required supporting documents for the issuance of the certificate:
- Property Title (Property contract or parental donation)
- Floor plans (If they do not exist, we design them)
- Cadastral Declaration Reference Number or National Cadastre Code Number KAEK (If registered in the cadastre)
- Building Permit Number
- Unauthorised settlement declarations
- Boiler Maintenance Sheet (If there is a central heating system)
Our team also undertakes the drafting and checking of the necessary documents and the preparation for the participation in the new “Exoikonomo katoikon” programme. Find out about the required supporting documents, and prepare immediately for your participation in the programme. In addition, request a check on the legality of your property in time to ensure the basic requirements of the programme.

- Replacement of window frames
- Replacement of shading systems
- Installation of thermal insulation – thermal façade

ELECTRONIC BUILDING ID
Required documents for the creation of an electronic building ID and issuance of a certificate of completeness.
- Assignment to the engineer (Assignment solemn declaration)
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- Legal documentation for unauthorised building settlement (Drawings & inclusion document)
- Property contract (Establishment of condominiums, establishment plans, percentage allocation tables)
- Planning Permits (Permits & permit plans, all designs)
- Recent excerpt of descriptive database of the cadastre, condominium & plot
- Copies of network bills (PPC, EYDAP, Natural Gas) in case you want to join the “Exoikonomo katoikon” programme.
